Leather

Shirt Topshop {£30} Shorts Topshop {£70} Shoes {Vintage}

I am so sorry for the lack of posts again. I am really struggling with posts when I don't have my own computer at them moment so I am having to use friends and families. But you will have lots of posts to look at very soon.

So the cold weather is starting to set in, meaning I can get out my leather shorts. I am in love with them but I never really think it is a good idea to wear leather through the summer, unless on a cooler evening.

I have never been one for shorts and tights but in some way I think I can get away with it with these shorts.

So I am now on half term and I am sure a lot of my readers are too. So I would love to here what you have been up too.

Coat ZARA {£48} Shirt H&M {£12} Trousers ZARA {£25} Shoes Primark {£10}

I am so sorry I have done some good posts this week, it has been very stressful with work and a college project.

In this post it was freezing at college we had loads of free time so chatted about rubbish and drank bucket loads of coffee, I thought I would do a post with my friends involved, although not all of them wanted their pictures taken on this day. but the blonde girl is Martha or Muffy as we like to call her and then the other girl Greta. These are two of my best friends.

I was going for the Jean Paul Gaultier look with this outfit or the farmer without the wellies. I love my coat, its so warm and the price was brilliant perfect for the cold English winter weather

Hope your week is going well!

Joie de vivre

Coat H&M {£30} Shift Dress Primark {£8} Vivienne Westwood Shoes Catfish {£90} Chanel bag {Gift}

I am completely in love with shift dresses at the moment. The cut, how they sit on me - perfecto!  I seem to be obsessed with camel at the moment and there is nothing more classic than a camel mac (even Columbo could pull it off).

Now I am not much of a kitten or midi heel girl (sky high shoes are the only way forward for a girl my height) but my Vivienne Westwood Melissa heels are great, they don't give your feet that grandmama look, when I see kitten heels it reminds me of the older lady as they tend to wear them the most, but gives you a stylish elegant look with out going over board. I love the shoes so much but because they are made from plastic they cut your feet to shreds.

And the Chanel bag, it just speaks for it's self, you could wear anything and just adding this bag some how brings a sense of joie de vivre.  I sometimes contemplate going out in a black bin liner and Chanel bag (Jokes).

Hope you are enjoying the week so far.

Bicycle.

Jumper H&M {£6} Trousers ZARA {£25} Loafers Primark {£6} Rings {Gift}

This week has been so busy.  I have been in meetings all week, ill and missing college.  Bad but also good at the same time.  I have been asked to write a small piece for a local publication about fashion in my town.  I am so excited for this, ideas have been bouncing around my head all week.

I spent Friday stuffing my face with good food and talking to friends about a small trip to London next month, although one of the girls does not know when she is back from Lithuania so we haven't set any dates yet.

So to the point of this post FASHION. I am such a boring simple, person which comes across in my outfits. But I love these trousers; they fit me perfectly and are the right length for me (I struggle with this quite a bit as I am only 5 ft 1".  They are either too long or too tight around the hips).  ZARA trousers, I find, tend to fit petite girls down to a T.  My top is one I found amongst the sale items years ago and has been sitting in my wardrobe ever since.  I found it during my yearly clear out (clean wardrobe, clean mind); I love it when that happens, forgetting  about a piece of clothing as if it was an old love letter stuffed in a drawer and then BAM it's your new staple item.

I have on obsession with large rings and I'd love to wear them more, but unfortunately they make my fingers look fat and sausage-esque.  Walking around with what looks like bratwurst on your hands is never a good look.

I hope you have all had a lovely weekend.

Part 2: RADIOACTIVE

I have always been completely in love with Marina and The Diamonds, her first album The Family Jewels was one of my favourite albums over the last year.  I recently heard one of her new songs, RADIOACTIVE, which is a completely different sound.  At first I wasn't too sure as it was nothing like her first album but after listening to it a second time it has grown on me.  Just hearing her amazing, strong vocals changed my mind.  Also, love the blonde wig in this video (very hot, right?).  So, I've posted it for you all to have a listen and hopefully you'll enjoy it like I do.  You can buy it HERE, HERE AND HERE.  Arrivederci.

Simplicity

Blazer £65 Topshop. Jeggings £12 Topshop. Top {cut down from an old dress} Zara

I have never really done an outfit post before, so I am sorry that there is only two pictures as I am still getting used to it. After my laptop decided to break I have been left with a shortage of photos (particularly my own, which means I shall have to start my collection from scratch). I am useless at writing stuff and I normally digress and deviate, but I am hoping to change my ways by blogging more regularly.
So, back to my initial topic, at the moment I am living in Blazers and shift dresses. I just can not get enough of the simplicity of them. Eventhe most seemingly bland and plain blazer can really elevate any outfit. Ansimple and honest blazer can realy become the focal point and the cherry on top of any attire, whether formal or casual.
I hope everyone enjoyed their weekend. Personally, I'm just looking forward to college and seeing faces sure to brighten my day.

There was high beams and a huge pink love heart on the stage. We sat front row and got to see everything clearly. There was lots and amazing shops there Goldfinches, Catfish who where showing there amazing collection on the new Vivienne Westwood range, Love Couture so much more.

Sorry!!

So I have been really useless and I haven't blogged in a long, long, long while. But I do have a really good excuse; my laptop broke and not just a little bit a lot. It won't even turn on, so I have high jacked my boyfriends laptop so I can do some blogging. So I have been pretty busy recently, I have got a new job in a small local pub, I have just started at college again studying Fashion and Clothing. So there will be plenty and posts coming your way. And I promise there will be more Fashion posts as that is what I started this blog.
